  • Zēl RECOVER: Best for athletes, active adults, or anyone using sauna, cold plunge, contrast, BrainTap, or NormaTec regularly.

  • Zēl VITALITY: Best for clients who want access to discounts on labs, peptides, programs, IVs, hormones, or regenerative therapies.

  • Zēl ELITE: Best for individuals who want unlimited primary care + unlimited recovery + the highest level of discounted pricing.

5. Do memberships require long-term contracts?

No.

All memberships are month-to-month, can be canceled anytime, and remain active until your current billing cycle ends.

6. How does Zēl VITALITY membership banking work?

Each month, your $99 is added to your “bank” up to a total of $1,000.

Credits can be used toward services or programs but are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Not redeemable for cash

You must maintain active membership to use member discounts on programs.

7. Do I need a consultation before scheduling peptides, IV therapy, or hormone therapy?

Yes.

All medical therapies require a consultation with our provider to ensure safety, appropriate dosing, and clinical appropriateness. If you are unsure of where to start, we highly recommend booking a Complimentary Discovery Consultation

This applies to:

  • Peptide therapy

  • NAD⁺ therapy

  • RPAs

  • Hormone therapy

  • GLP-1 weight loss

  • IV Therapy & IM Injections can be booked without a consultation as you will meet with our NP during your visit

8. What lab testing do you offer?

We offer one of the most comprehensive diagnostic menus in modern functional medicine, including, but not limited to:

10. What’s the difference between BHRT pellets and other hormone therapy options?

Pellets offer:

    Other options exist (creams, injections), but pellets are the most consistent.

13. What is contrast therapy and how does it work?

Contrast therapy alternates infrared heat with cold immersion to:

    Our contrast rooms include a sauna, cold plunge, and private shower.

14. Are sauna and cold plunge safe for beginners?

Yes — all recovery rooms can be booked as solo or buddy sessions.
