30-Minute Room Booking

How a Contrast Session Works

You are free to structure your session according to your comfort and goals, but the most common flow includes:

1. Begin with heat

10–15 minutes in the infrared sauna

2. Take a quick rinse

Before entering the cold plunge, do a brief shower rinse to remove sweat, dirt, oils, fungi, and toxins released during your sauna session.
