1. Initial Hormone Lab Draw - $249

A comprehensive hormone panel evaluating:

2. BHRT Initial Consultation - $175

During this visit, your provider

Reviews your labs
Explains your hormone patterns
Determines whether you're a candidate for therapy
Discusses pellet therapy and alternative hormone application options
Creates your personalized hormone optimization plan

If you are approved for pellet therapy, the procedure is performed the same day.

This consultation includes the follow-up lab and post-pellet consultation, adding further value.

3. Pellet Therapy (If the Patient Chooses Pellets)

Pellets provide consistent hormone levels with no daily dosing.

Women: $375 per insertion
Men: $650 per insertion
Women: lasts 3.5-4 months
Men: lasts 4-5 months

Pellets are the most popular choice due to their stability, convenience, and natural hormone delivery.

4. Other Hormone Options (Optional)

While pellets are the most effective and popular, patients may also choose
